They consist of a variety of types ranging from grocer-anchored neighborhood shopping centers to high-rise office buildings to mixed-use developments. Founded in 1993, the company is owned by Teresa C. Peters, who serves as its President, and Robert M. Stanton, who serves as its Chairman.
