Great Bridge Shopping Center

Great Bridge Shopping Center is located at the intersection of Battlefield Boulevard and Cedar Road in Chesapeake, Virginia.  Over 60,000 cars per day pass through the intersection.  It is anchored by a 52,000 square foot Farm Fresh grocery store and has a total leasable area of 155,000 square feet.  They include such stores as Chili's, Tuesday Morning, Dollar Tree, Hallmark and Hancock Fabrics.  It was acquired and redeveloped by a partnership composed of Blackstone Real Estate Advisors and Robert M. Stanton.  The Blackstone interest was subsequently acquired by Stanton and Teresa C. Peters.
