Kroger Shops is a neighborhood shopping center located at the intersection of Shore Drive and Northampton Boulevard (US Route 13) in Virginia Beach, Virginia. It is anchored by a 45,000 square foot Kroger grocery store and 3,440 square feet of small shops. They include such stores as Anchor’s Allie’s, Tropical Smoothie and UPS. The shops are owned by an entity held by Robert M. Stanton and Teresa C. Peters.
